The rooms are private enabling you to create your own zen space. While some services like Halo Therapy/Salt Room Therapy seat multiple people you may request a time slot that is private, if that can be accommodated we will do our best to meet your request.

Although saunas and red‑light therapy are both associated with improved balance and well‑being, they operate through distinct biological pathways. Saunas elevate body temperature to induce a beneficial stress response, whereas red‑light therapy delivers low‑level light energy that supports mitochondrial function and tissue recovery. Because these mechanisms differ, simultaneous use is not recommended. When combined, the preferred sequence is sauna first, followed by red‑light therapy to facilitate recovery.

Cryo is performed in 2 to 4 total minutes, with individuals standing in a chamber that rapidly cools the skin’s surface. Cold plunge involves submerging your body in water temperatures ranging from 32°F- 55°F for 2-10 minutes. Unlike cryotherapy, which cools the skin surface rapidly, a cold plunge penetrates deeper into tissues, leading to prolonged therapeutic benefits.

We have carefully selected the primary therapies for a well curated wellness journey. While both have great benefits, based on industry research demonstrating contrast therapy far outweighs Cryo for longterm health and longer lasting benefits.

RLT is generally safe, like any treatment, it may come with a few mild side effects. Most of these are temporary and go away quickly. The most common side effects reported are:

  • Mild headaches due to light sensitivity
  • Light Sensitivity

If you experience these, it’s usually recommended to take a break, lower the intensity, add an additional layer of protective eye wear, or shorten the session length.

PEMF therapy is generally safe, like any treatment, it may come with a few mild side effects. Most of these are temporary and go away quickly. The most common side effects reported are:

  • Mild headaches
  • Dizziness
  • Temporary fatigue

These side effects occur when your body is adjusting to the therapy. It’s your body’s natural response to the electromagnetic pulses. If you experience these, it’s usually recommended to take a break, lower the intensity, or shorten the session length.

While PEMF therapy is safe for many, there are specific groups of people who should avoid it or consult with a healthcare provider before using it. Here’s who might want to steer clear:

  • People with pacemakers or other implanted electrical devices: The electromagnetic fields can interfere with these devices, causing them to malfunction.
  • Pregnant women: Since there's limited research on the effects of PEMF therapy during pregnancy, it's better to avoid it unless approved by a doctor.
  • Individuals with epilepsy: Some research suggests that electromagnetic fields could trigger seizures in those with epilepsy, so it’s best to talk to your doctor first.
  • People with active bleeding disorders: PEMF therapy may affect blood flow, so anyone with a bleeding disorder should be cautious.

Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new therapy, especially if you fall into one of these groups. Safety comes first, and getting a green light from your doctor is important if you have any concerns.
